The compare and contrast essays have to be written using a constant method. First of all the introduction must define the two subjects that you will compare (similarities) and contrast(differences). The second paragraph must be the similarities between the two subjects and one or two supporting sentences. The third paragraph must be as the previous paragraph but with the differences. In the conclusion you must say weather the similarities outweigh the difference or vice versa and also you must write your opinion and the reason for this opinion.

How to make olive oil

The olive oil is an important aspect of many cooks. It has a lot of benefits which are important for our health. Producing the olive oil is so difficult but it you follow these steps it will be a lot easier.

First of all the olives are harvested and it starts as early as September. After that they will be collected by hands or sticks in nets in between September and December. Secondly the olives are run through a washer to eliminate any remaining impurities before they are crushed. Thirdly the olives are crushed by granite stones within 24-36 hours of picking. After that the olive paste which is obtained is layered on nylon or mats by putting it under pressure. Finally the liquid which is produced by the pressing is put through a centrifugal separator to separate water and impurities from the oil.

As you can see it is hard to produce olive oil. However if you follow the above steps it will be so much easier than before.

compare and contrast (UAE and Brunei)

Many people love to spend their summer in a beautiful place. However it is hard for many people to decide where this beautiful place is. So in this essay I will compare and contrast two beautiful places which I encourage people to go to. The two countries are the UAE and Brunei.

There are a lot of similarities between Brunei and UAE. The first similarity is the religion. Both of the two countries are Islamic countries and both of them have hereditary monarchies. The second similarity is that both of them have a lot of oil and gas industries and that is the reason for being rich. The third similarity is that they both have big national airlines and modern airports.

Although there are a lot of similarities there are also many differences. The first difference is in the design of the cars. In Brunei the cars are designed as a right-hand drive while in the UAE it is left-hand drive. Another major difference is that in Brunei the climate is wonderful and there a lot of beautiful forests and nature. As a result the houses were built on tall pillars. However in the UAE the weather is so hot and the houses were built on the ground.

In conclusion the differences outweigh the similarities. In my opinion if you want a place to relax go to a beautiful nature place so it is better to go to Brunei.

Abu-Dhabi and Baniyas

Bani-yas was the base of the capital of UAE which is Abu Dhabi. The original tribes in the past came from Bani-Yas and transferred to Abu Dhabi. Then they began to build their structure in the capital and from that time till now it is the residence of the ruling family. In this essay I will write about the similarities and differences between Bani-Yas and Abu Dhabi.

There are a lot of major differences between Abu Dhabi and Bani-yas. First of all, the people are different in how they live their life. For example the people in bni-yas are more traditional because of the simple life and the lack of modernization. However most people in Abu Dhabi are foreigners and the lifestyle is more developed than it is in bni-yas. Secondly there are fewer high-rise buildings in Bani-yas than in Abu Dhabi. As a result there is less population so it is more quite and calm.

However, although there are many differences there are fewer similarities. First of all, both Bani-Yas and Abu Dhabi are in the UAE and the distance between them is about 35 kilometers. Also they have the same government. Finally they have the same educational and healthcare system.

Overall the differences outweigh the similarities, however I prefer living in Bani-Yas because it is quieter and has less traffic than Abu-Dhabi.

producing orange juice

Orange juice is a healthy drink which contains a lot of vitamin C that benefit our bodies. Many people love to drink a cold orange juice after their running or doing any sport because it is like a refreshing juice. However it is not easy to be produced as many people thought. So in this essay I will write about the process and how it is done.

First of all, the fruit is unloaded from the trucks. Then the oranges are graded as many levels from the taste of it. Next the oranges will be washed and sized. After that, juice is extracted and the wasted oranges are used as animal feed. Then the juice is evaporated at a high temperature for a short time. After that it is concentrated and stored in the refrigerator. Next the juice is canned and shipped to Dubai. Finally the water is added to the juice to concentrate it, and that’s how the orange juice is made.

As you can see the process of making orange juice and distributing it to the sale market is really difficult. However if you follow these steps correctly you will gain a perfect and tasty orange juice.

Reflection

As long as we were studying E124 in the class we experienced a lot of writing skills like procedure and narrative which are the base of this subject for this semester. So in this reflection I will produce the differences between the procedure and the narrative.

First of all, the procedure is easier than the narrative because of many things. First when you write a procedure you follow a distinct line and steps as you can know what you will write exactly and what the tactic which will be followed is. Next you will follow a flow chart with the –ing form and change it with verbs like make, do, cut, put ect.

However the narrative is more difficult and it is based on the writer's imagination so it will take a lot of time to just be ready for writing.

As we knew from the beginning of the training, to write a procedure or narrative you can design it as 3 paragraphs which are the introduction, body and conclusion. In the narrative the introduction will be about how the story began while in the body will be about what happened exactly in the story. Finally the conclusion will be about what your suggestion is and how you felt about the story.

Mobile shop (narrative)

Last Friday I went to a small market in the center of Abu Dhabi. I was in a hurry because I had an important meeting with the supervisor in my work. I was aiming to buy a new telephone in a famous shop in the market
Suddenly when I entered the shop I saw two people arguing about some amount of money. I thought it was not that serious. However, they began shouting and the owner of the shop wanted to call the police. The other man was holding a lot of money and suddenly he ran away and the owner was shouting “he stole my money “. I ran after him for about 1 kilo until I caught him and the police arrived late as usual. However after they arrived he took a gun from his pocket and I left him so he ran away again. The police asked me to describe him so I described him as easily as if he was in front of me. After one week of investigating the police knew the man. He was a big criminal in a famous gang.
It was an interesting experience. However it was really dangerous because the criminal was aiming to shoot me but the fate was on my side.

Most of people think that making tea is easier than anything else. However it is a wrong thought because these people didn’t taste the real tea that u can make by following these steps.

Firstly, you must bring some water and put it in the kettle. Next as long as you want a real tea you must make a real fire from wood and embers because the fake fire which is from gas or an electric cooker couldn’t make water and teabags be mixed greatly. After you make the fire, put the kettle in the middle of the fire and leave it for about 20 min. In the middle of the 20 min you can put the sugar and the teabags. The number of teabags depends on the amount of water , however it is better to put 2 or more teabags. After you put the sugar and teabags bring a long spoon to mix the water and sugar perfectly. Finally you must put a small amount of milk if u want a milk tea and leave the kettle on the embers for awhile and then enjoy the relaxing milk tea with your friends.

As you can see it is a bit hard to make a real cup of tea. However if you follow these steps carefully you can do it. In fact no one can do a real cup of tea if he doesn’t have feelings.

Butter is the base of many dishes such as cakes, rice and other delicious meals. To make a good dish you must have good butter. If you carry out the following procedure you should produce high-quality butter.
Firstly, check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. Then you must leave the milk to cool to let the cream go up and separate it from the milk. After that put the cream in the churn and drain the buttermilk from the butter. Then you must put the butter in a jar to save its shape. When you make the butter you must wash it well with cold water to remove the remaining butter milk. Next you should add a small amount of salt but it is not necessary so it depends on the taste of the chef. After the adding stage you must cut and wrap the butter and store it in the fridge to avoid melting and rotting.
As you can see making butter is easier than anyone thought. However you must follow these steps and do it with a loving heart because the cooking also needs a heart and feeling.

Last holiday I promised my nephews to take them to the mall. They were very happy and excited. On the other hand I was nervous because of what I have heard from the news about the robberies that had happened in some malls in Dubai. While I was driving the car I saw an accident near the mall. I was surprised because it was a big accident in a quite small area. However we entered the mall with a big smile on my smallest nephew’s face and that’s all I cared about. I took them to the games station and they began to play. It was interesting to see them but I wanted to buy a mobile phone so I walked away and I entered a mobile phone shop. It was really quiet but suddenly I heard a man shouting “He is a thief, stop him now!!”

I hadn’t noticed him because it happened so fast; however I ran after him as I wanted to catch him but suddenly there was a small bang in the warehouse which was a reason for everybody to shout and run away from the mall so I noticed that the thief was behind the bang and he did it deliberately. In fact the police knew about the thief so they ambushed him and caught him red-handed.

It was really an exciting experience for me and for my nephews when I told them the story. They felt that they were in the heat of battle because they were in the same mall which the crime happened in. After they caught the criminal I took my nephews to Baskin-Robbins so that we could cool our bodies’ temperature.

How to get good grades in an exam

Many students think that getting a good mark is as hard as doing 1000 push-ups. On the other hand teachers always say that it is a lot easier than they thought. In this essay I will support the teacher's statement and write about how students can get good grades in an exam.

Almost 70% of students don't concentrate in the class and this is the most important step to get good grades. So firstly you must focus on every single word coming from the teacher. Secondly , it is hard for the brain to save a lot of information without forgetting it so the student must review the subject at home. Finally you must be relaxed in the exam because getting nervous is a perfect way to forget everything you study.

As you can see it is not hard to follow these steps. So it is not hard to get good grades. Even the 1000 push-ups would be easy if you train for it and follow some distinct steps.
